Merchandise must be sent freight prepaid to the facility from which it was purchased.
A 20% restocking charge is applicable.
All claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
For special items sold as MTO no refunds and returns will be allowed.

Shipments will be shipped freight collect on your account or charges will be determined at checkout and add to your invoice.
You will have the option to provide your UPS® or FedEx® shipping account info on our secure checkout page. However, should your order exceed UPS® or FedEx® size or weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be selected to speed delivery to you.
